摘要
介绍上海锅炉厂早期生产的配 30 0 MW机组的 UP型直流炉 ,通过引进德国 LCS公司技术 ,对锅炉的水冷壁及燃烧系统实施改造 ,使设备可调性及调峰能力等方面均取得理想效果。提出了此项改造对今后同类型锅炉改造和锅炉制造及发展均有积极意义。
The retrofit of waterwall and combustion system of early manufactured 1 025 t/h UP once through boilers by Shanghai Boiler Co.Using Germany's LCS Technology is described and conseguently the controlability and peak regulation ability of the boiler have been sucessfully enhanced and will act as a guide to retrofit and manufacturing of same type boiler.
