断路器故障中机构故障占主要地位,就如何更加经济、可靠地实现操动机构在线监测,根据故障概率分布和现场监测方便、经济性等要求,从二次部分、振动监测和压力监测等方面就监测参量和方法进行了探讨,提出了实现最大可靠性和性价比的监测思路。

the mechanical failure was the main part of circuit-breakers defects,based on the fault probability distribu-tion of circuit-breakers' operation mechanism,also considering the field convenience and cost,on thought of the auxiliary part,vibration and pressure and etc.,the cost-efficient on-line mon itoring parameters and method of circuit breakers' operation mechanism are discussed in detail in this paper.
