墙外风使竖炉焙烧、预热带中沿宽度方向的气体成分、温度分布、氧化过程有很大差异。作者认为凌钢竖炉(墙外风为60%)的氧化焙烧过程较适宜,杭钢竖炉(墙外风为20%)的墙外风量不够。
The existance of the extra-wall wind may cause a great difference in the gas composition, the temperature distribution and the oxidation process along the width of the furnace in the roasting and preheating zones. The oxidation-coasting process in the shaft furnace at Ling Yuan I&S Co(extra-wall wind rate at 60%)is more appropriate, while the extra-wall rate of 20% as in the furnace at Hang Zhou I&S Works is insufficient.
