摘要
本文较详细介绍了我国竖炉、带式焙烧机及链篦机一回转窑球团生产现状,1990年我国球团总产量已达5.412Mt,其中竖炉球团3.417Mt、带式焙烧机球团1.678Mt、链蓖机一回转窑球团0.317Mt,为了满足生产的需要,尚需进一步发展,本文还提出了目前我国球团生产存在的问题及改进措施。
The present situation of pellet production by shaft furnace, travelling grate and gratkiln processes in China was detailed in this paper. In 1990, the total pellet output in our China reached 5,412Mt, of which the tonnage of pellets produced by the shaft furnaces, travelling grates and gate-kilns methods was 3.417. 1.678 and 0.317Mt, respectively. In order to meet the requirement of iron&steel production, the pellet output should be further increased. Some problems in the pellet production in our country and measures to solve them are also stated.
