摘要 提出了一种新颖的由扁柱状夹心压电振子构成的压电超声直线微电机。它能使驱动端产生类似于人步行的运动 ,借助摩擦力实现沿直线的双向动力输出 ,带动所搭载的物体做大行程精密移动 ;只需单相电源驱动 ,便于无线操纵 ;可在无辅助支持的情况下直立行走 ;通过切换驱动频率可实现双向运动。实验样机最大速度为 0 .0 8m/s,可搭载最大负载15N 。 We put forward a new and original piezoelectric ultrasonic linear motor.It composed of flat pillar filled piezoelectric vibrator.By means of exciting the bending and pivoting modes of the vibrator,its drive end produces a movement just like human's walking,therefore,it realizes the double-direction power output following the straight line which depends on the friction,leading the loaded object to make a precision move in a wide range.This kind of motor only needs single elec.power supply to drive,then be easy to realize wireless control.It also can stand erectly without extra help.It can realized a double-direction movement by switch the drive frequency.The exprimental sample motor's max speed is 0.08m/s and it can have a 15N load.The double-direction characteristic tends to be unanimons.
