摘要
研究发现 ,焦硫酸钾与还原糖可发生焦糖化反应 ,且三硝基酚有显著提高其测定灵敏度的作用 ,摸索确定了最佳反应条件 ,建立了快速测定血糖的新分光光度法。还原糖质量浓度在 0 .0 1~ 0 .0 5g/L范围内符合比耳定律 ,其λmax=46 0nm ,Sandell灵敏度为 48.6ng cm-2 ,Sr为 1.95 %~ 5 .97% ,R %为 97.0 %~ 10 5 .0 %。该法用于临床 ,所用试剂少 ,结果可靠。
A new spectrophotometric method for rapid and direct det ermination of trace sugar was developed on the reducing sugar-trinitrophend-pota ssium pyrosulfate Carnmel reaction. The method offers the advantages of more sen sitivity, selectivity and rapidity. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0.1~0. 5g/L, the sensity of Sandell is 48.6ng/cm^2, the percentage of recovery is abou t97.0~105.0%,and the Coefficient of Variation of determination is 1.95~5.97%. The method has been applied to the determination of trace sugar in samples with satisfactory results.
