摘要
本文建立了毛细管气相色谱法测定鼠药中氟乙酰胺 (Fluoroacetamide,FAM)及毒鼠强 (Tetramine ,TEM)的方法。样品经浓缩提取 ,以OV - 170 1为分离柱 ,采用程序升温一次进样可完成对FAM及TEM的同时分析。FAM和TEM的线性检测范围为 0 .0 5～ 3.0 0mg/ml和 0 .0 5～ 2 .0 0mg/ml,最低检出限分别为 0 .0 30mg/ml和 0 .0 2 5mg/ml.珠海市地摊所售鼠药中 40 %含有FAM ,30 %含有TEM ,同时含有FAM和TEM的占 5 %。
A new method of determination of fluoroacetamide (AFM ) and tetramine (TEM) in mouse-Rilling drugs by gas capillary chromatography was established. Only one injection was given to ov-1701 Column FAM & TEM to analysze FAM and TEM simultaneously by programmul temterature.The linea r range of calibration curve for AFM,TEM was 0.05～3.00mg/ ml and 0.05～2.00mg/ml, respectively. The detection limit of AFM and TEMwas 0.0 3mg/ ml and 0.025mg/ml when the sample was diluted 10 fold. In Zhuhai market of sell ing mouse-killed drugs, about 40% of mouse -killing drugs contain AFM, 30% contain T EM and 5% both AFM and TEM.
