摘要
基于在pH6 .2的缓冲溶液中 ,痕量汞 (Ⅱ )对过氧化氢氧化对乙酰偶氨胂而使其褪色的反应的抑制作用 ,建立了测定痕量汞 (Ⅱ )新的动力学光度法。测定汞 (Ⅱ )的线性范围为 0 .1- 12 .0 μg/L ,检出限 0 .1μg/L。用于食品河虾和海鱼中汞 (Ⅱ )的测定 。
A new kinetic-spectrophotometric method for the determina tion of trace amounts of mercury was proposed. It is based on the fact that Hg( Ⅱ) inhibits the discoloration of P-Acetylarsenazo oxidized by hydrogen peroxide in a solution of pH6.2. The linear range for the determination of mercury is 0. 1-12.0μg/L, The detection limit is 0.1μg/L. The method has been used for the d etermination of trace mercury in food with satisfactory results.
