不同护理方式对鼻咽癌放射治疗副作用影响的探讨

Influence of Different Nursing Methods on Side Reaction of Radiotherapy to Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

目的 为探讨不同的护理方式对鼻咽癌患者放射治疗副作用的影响。方法 将 5 0例住院放射治疗的鼻咽癌患者随机分为 2组。观察组 2 5例患者采用整体护理方式 ,对照组 2 5例患者采用功能制护理方式。结果 表明两种不同的护理方式产生了不同的护理效应。观察组患者放射治疗引起的粘膜反应轻 ,与对照组比较有极显著差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;皮肤反应、胃肠反应亦比对照组轻 ,两组比较有显著差异(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 运用护理程序从生理、心理、社会、精神及文化等方面对患者实施整体护理 ,能有效地减轻患者的放射治疗副作用 ,提高患者的生存质量 。

Objective To prope the influence of different nursing methods on side reaction of radiotherapy to nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods Fifty in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were divided into two groups. The observation group (25 cases) was given holistic nursing; the control group (25 cases) was given function nursing. Results Two different methods had different effects. The membrane reaction of the observation group was light than that of the control group, P<0.01; Dermoreaction and gastrointestinal reaction were also light,P<0.05. Conclusions Using nursing process, applying holistic nursing in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma can effectively reduce the side reaction of radiotherapy, raise the survival quality and make radiotherapy reach the best curative effect.
