危重新生儿周围静脉营养的应用及护理

Application of Peripheral Intravenous Alimentation and Nursing in Serious New-borns

目的 通过周围静脉营养的应用及护理 ,提高危重新生儿的成活率 ,促进其生长发育。方法 对 34例危重新生儿在对症治疗的基础上 ,由周围静脉输入“全合一”(TNA) [1] 营养液。结果 34例危重新生儿全部成活 ,体重皆有不同程度的增长。结论 周围静脉营养的合理应用及正确护理 。

Objective To raise the survival rate of serious new borns and promote growth development through peripheral intravenous alimentation and nursing.Methods On the base of expectant treatment, TNA nutrient solution was given to 34 cases of serious new borns through peripheral venous. Results All of 34 new borns were survival, and the weights increased in different degree. Conclusions Rational application of peripheral intravenous nutrition and proper nursing can replace central intravenous alimentation in treating serious new borns.
