本文报告尖吻蝮咬伤并心脏受累20例。经中西医结合治愈19例(95％),死亡1例(5％),并对其发病机理及治疗进行了讨论。

In this paper, We reported 20 Agkistrodon acutus snakebite patients complicated with heart harm. After treatment of traditional and western medicine, 19 cases of which were recovered, one of which was died, and we discussed the mechanism of heart harm and the method of treatment in brief.
