摘要
目的 观察常温下阻断肝血供和选择性阻断肝静脉不同时期肝脏的变化 ,探讨肝脏的温缺血时间。方法 常温下阻断 Wistar大鼠入肝血供 30 min、45 m in及 6 0 m in,观察肝细胞的形态 ,结构 ,肝血窦内皮组织的超微结构 ,肝酶学指标AL T、AST的改变。结果 常温下鼠肝血流阻断在 45 min内肝脏的改变为可逆性改变。肝脏酶学 A,B,C组 AL T,AST明显高于正常 (P<0 .0 1) ,A组与 B组无明显差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,C组 AL T,AST高于 A、B组 (P<0 .0 1) ,D组正常。结论 常温下阻断 Wistar大鼠入肝血供和选择性阻断肝静脉的温缺血时间可达 45 min,而不出现肝脏结构改变。
Objective To study the limited normothermia ischemic time of liver.The changes of liver in different occulusion time of hepatic blood inflow and selective lusing hepatic vein in normothermia was observed study.Methods 40 wistar rats were used.The hepatic blood flow was occlusived for 30 min,45 min and 60 min.The change of hepatocytic morphology.ultrastructure of sinusodal endothelial cells and microcirculation sinusodal endothelial cells and microcirculation of liver and serum values of ALT.AST were observed.Results When the time of normothormia ischemia was less than 45 min,the changes of hepatocytes and microcirculation was reversible,and the values in serum of ALT.AST was significantly lower than group(ischemic time was 60 min)(P<0.01).Conclusion Occlusion of rats hepatic blood flow for 45 min was safe and does not cause the morphologic changes of the liver tissue.
