中药糖脉灵方治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病的研究

Research on Tangmailing Preparation of Chinese Formula Treating Patients with Type Ⅱ Diabetes

目的:观察糖脉灵方对Ⅱ型糖尿病血液流变学、SOD、LPO的影响。方法:Ⅱ型糖尿病患者50例,分为糖脉灵组30例和常规组20例,糖脉灵组在常规降糖药物(磺脲类和双胍类)治疗的同时,给予糖脉灵方口服液100ml,po,bid×4w,常规组只联用降糖药物。患者在用药前1w测定血液流变学指标、SOD和LPO水平,用药3w后复查。结果:糖脉灵组治疗后血液流变学各项指标都有显著改善,SOD和LPO水平治疗前后分别为(796)×103 Nu/L和(5.2±0.7)μmol/L,(98±10)×103 Nu/L和(4.6±0.9)μmol/L(P<0.05或P<0.01)。与常规组相比,差异有显著或非常显著意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:糖脉灵有改善Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血液粘度,提高SOD和降低LPO水平的作用。

Objective:To observe the effects of Tangmailing preparation on hemorheology and levels of SOD and LPO in patients with type Ⅱ diabetic mellitus. Methods: Fifty patients with type Ⅱ diabetes were divided into two groups. Patients (n=20) as the control group received general oral hypoglycemic agents (sulphonylurea compounds and biguanides) only, while the other 30 patients in the experimental group based on those were added to oral liquid of Tangmailing preparation with 100ml, bid, p.o., the whole time was 4 weeks. One week before experiment and 3 weeks after experiment, blood samples were collected from patients for measurement of hemorheological indices, LPO and SOD. Results:After treatment finished, all of indices of hemorheology in patients of experimental group were significantly improved, as well as the level of SOD enhanced [(796)103 Nu/L, (9810)103 Nu/L, P<0.01] and the level of LPO lowered compared [(5.2±0.7)mol/L, (4.6±0.9)mol/L,P<0.05] with those before the initiation of treatment and significantly different compared with those of the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion:Tangmailing preparation could improve blood viscosity and levels of SOD and LPO in patients with type Ⅱ diabetic mellitus.
