摘要
本文根据心电图在急性心肌梗塞患者的不典型改变,通过仔细观察、分析,提出以下几点应注意:结合临床观察QRS向量的变化;观察ST—T的动态变化;复查应进行前后对比;密切观察心肌坏死的体温、白细胞、血沉的动态改变及酶学检查。
The article has been reported that the untypical change of EKG in AMI. Through carefully observing and analysising, raising that pay atiention to many points: Observing the change of QRS integrating clinical system; Observing the teadeny clemges of ST -T; Reexamine should be contrasted with before and after; closely observing the T,WBC,ESR and E testing in AMI.
