Granulation of eutectic silicon in Al-Si alloy

研究了热处理对铝硅合金中共晶硅形态的影响，结果表明：在高温下保温一定时间后共晶硅可以粒化，变质处理可以促进共晶硅的粒状化效果，不同变质剂对促进共晶硅粒状化的效果不同。

The influence of heat treatment on eutectic silicon morphology in Al - Si alloy is studied. The result shows that after holding for some time at high temperature, the eutectic silicon can be grained. The effect of granulation of the eutectic silicon can be improved by modification. The effect of different modification on agent eutectic silicon granulation is different.
