In order to distinct the snake-gall quality,we used the methods of the appearance characteristic,the rate of solid residues,chromatographic analysis and bile acid content to con. trast the oiled gallbladder with the natural gallbladder.Our studies showed above-mentioned methods were simple and convenient and their replications were good.
