川芎嗪对放射损伤小鼠骨髓基质细胞FAK表达的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的 :探讨川芎嗪对放射损伤小鼠骨髓基质细胞焦点黏附激酶 (FAK)表达的影响及其意义。方法 :利用流式细胞仪检测骨髓基质细胞的细胞周期及凋亡率 ;蛋白质免疫印迹 (Western blot)法检测骨髓基质细胞中 FAK的表达水平。结果 :放射损伤后骨髓基质细胞明显阻滞于 G0 G1期 ,凋亡率增加 ,同时 FAK的表达明显下降。用川芎嗪注射液治疗后骨髓基质细胞 S期合成活跃 ,凋亡率下降 ,FAK的表达增加。结论 :川芎嗪改善放射损伤小鼠骨髓微环境 ,促进骨髓基质细胞增生可能是通过增强 Objective:To evaluate the effect of ligustrazine(川芎嗪) on the expression of focal adhesions kinase(FAK) on bone marrow stromal cells in irradiation injured mice.Methods:The cell cycle and apoptosis of bone marrow stromal cells(BMSCs) were measured by flow cytometer;the expression of FAK on BMSCs was assayed by Western blot.Results:BMSCs were arrested in G0G1,percentages of apoptosis increased significantly after irradiation and the expression of FAK decreased.The recovery of bone marrow microenvironment was promoted by ligustrazine injection.Conclusions:The ligustrazine promoted the recovery of bone marrow microenvironment probably by increasing the expression of FAK on BMSCs.
