中风系列制剂对急性中小量脑出血患者日常生活活动能力的影响

Influences of stroke traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions on the activity of daily living with acute cerebral hemorrhage of small or moderate volume

目的 :观察中风系列制剂对急性中小量出血性中风患者日常生活活动能力的影响。方法 :对照组 35例采用常规治疗 ,治疗组 43例在对照组治疗基础上加用中风系列制剂 ,比较 2组治疗后神经功能缺损积分(SND)及日常生活活动能力 (ADL ,采用 Barthel Index,BI)的变化。结果 :治疗后治疗组 SND高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组 BI高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :中风系列制剂有助于改善中小量脑出血患者神经功能 。

Objective:To investigate the effects of stroke traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions on the activity of daily living with acute cerebral hemorrhage (ACH) of small or moderate volume.Methods:thirtyfive cases with ACH (control group) were treated with regular treatment.Another 43 cases with ACH (treatment group) were treated with the same basic therapy,but combined with traditional medicine prescription.The scores of neurological defects (SND) and the activity of daily living (barthel index,BI) were compared in both groups after treatment.Results:The SND of treatment group was higher than that in the control group,while the value of BI in treatment group was higher than that in control group.Conclusions:Stroke traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions can play an important role in alleviating SND and improving the activity of daily living.
