蒙药创溃宁在软组织Ⅱ期创面再生生物技术修复中的作用研究

摘要 目的 :观察蒙药创溃宁用于再生生物学技术进行皮肤感染创面缺损修复中的作用。方法 :对 10只兔全层头皮撕脱伤口动物模型采用暴露疗法 ,应用自体颅骨膜或帽状腱膜贴于颅骨面上 ,同时采用创溃宁液喷洒 ,观察其修复疗效。结果 :10只兔均治愈 ,再生头皮均长出毛发。结论 :创溃宁具有活血、化瘀、调整机体免疫功能、抗感染、诱导组织再生等多种作用 。 Objective:To observe the healing effect of Chuangkuining(创溃宁),a Chinese medicine,on avulsed and severely infected scalp.Methods:Scalp skin wounds,with pericranium or epicranial aponeurosis intact were created in ten rabbits by avulsion.The wounds were exposed to the air and were sprayed with Chuangkuining.Results:All of the wounds healed with hair regenerated.Conclusions:Chuangkuining can improve wound healing,which may be due to its effect on blood activation and removal of stasis,immunologic function readjustment,infection control and so on.
