中西医结合治疗急性胆系感染临床疗效观察

Clinical study for integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating acute infection of biliary tract system

目的 :观察中西医结合治疗急性胆系感染的临床疗效。方法 :将 118例急性胆系感染患者随机分为中西医结合组 (治疗组 ) 5 0例 ,西药组 (对照组 ) 6 8例。对照组采用抗生素 (丁胺卡那霉素、氨苄青霉素等 )和静脉输液以维持水、电解质平衡及对症治疗 ;治疗组在以上治疗基础上加服中药 (基本方 :柴胡 12 g,黄芩 10 g,枳实5 g,大黄 10～ 30 g,栀子 10 g,虎杖 12 g,白芍 12 g,郁金 12 g,木香 5 g,甘草 5 g,随证加减 ,每日 1剂水煎服 ) ;7日为 1个疗程 ,治疗 1～ 2个疗程后观察治疗结果。结果 :治疗组和对照组痊愈率分别为 92 .0 %和 6 7.6 % ,有效率分别为 96 .0 %和 79.4% ,P均 <0 .0 1。结论

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating acute infection of biliary tract system.Methods:One hundred and eighteen patients of acute infection of biliary tract system were randomly divided into two groups.Sixtyeight cases in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine alone,including such as amikacinum,ampicillin etc.Fifty cases in the treatment group were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,consisting of conventional western medicine and Chinese herbal medicine such as thcrowax root(柴胡)12 g,baikal skullcap root(黄芩)10 g,bitter orange(枳实)5 g,rhubarb(大黄)10～30 g,capejasmine (栀子)10 g,giant knotweed(虎杖)12 g,paeony root(白芍)12 g,curcuma aromatica(郁金)12 g,costus root(木香)5 g,liquoric root(甘草)5 g,added or decreased according to the symptoms,a dose each day,seven days as a coursess of treatment.The clinical effect were evaluated after one or two courses of treatment.Results:The cure rate and total effective rate in the treatment group were 92 0% and 96 0%,while 67 6% and 79 4% in the control group.The difference between them was significant (all P <0 01).Conclusions:Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has marked effects on acute infection of biliary tract system.
