超临界CO_2萃取知母总皂苷的气相-质谱分析 被引量:5

摘要 采用色谱 质谱联用技术测定超临界CO2 萃取的知母总皂苷中化学成分。气相的条件为 :毛细管柱 ,进样口温度 :2 85℃ ,柱温初始温度为 2 0 0℃ ,然后以 10℃ min的升温速率升至 2 85℃ ,柱前压 5 0kPa ;质谱用EI离子源。结果发现超临界CO2萃取的知母总苷中含有 7个组分 ,并对其进行了结构鉴定。以胆甾醇为内标物 ,用内标法准确测定了知母总苷中各组分含量。 The analytical method of the sapogenins,extracted from \%Anemarrhena asphodeloides \% by Supercritical CO\-2 fluid extracting technique,was established by GC\|MS method for the first time.Experimental conditions:Column:capillary,Inlet pressure:50kPa,Injector temperature:285℃,Initial teperature:200℃,Rate:10℃/min,Finial temperature:285℃ and MS detected with EI.Seven components in the sapogenins were separated and characterized by GC MS.The contents of each component in the total sapogenins extract were determined by using cholesterol as internal-reference substance.
