摘要
本文介绍了H.Pylori感染后 ,可通过两个途径产生活性氧和活性氮自由基 ,总结了这两类自由基所致机体产生氧化应激损伤的特点 ,以及机体参与抗氧化损伤系统的酶 ,如MnSOD、CAT、GPX的活性与H.Pylori感染。
Two pathways which create nitric oxide and oxygen free radicals after H.Pylori infection are introduced.The features of the damages caused by the two kind of oxidative stress are reviewed.We also analyse the correlation among anti oxidative resistant system in the host,such as MnSOD,CAT,GPX and H.Pylori infection,stomach cancer risk and pre cancerous lesions.There are still some challenges in the research field,and we should made best efforts.
