从思维特征谈中医临床辨证模式

On Chinese Medical Differential Mode through Thinking Characteristics

本文探讨了中医临床辨证模式 ,认为中医辨证应用了比较、类比、分类、归纳演绎、分析与综合、反证等逻辑思维方法 ,突出了整体性和模糊性。现代中医临床上存在着系统辨证、单症辨证、指标辨证、主次症辨证、症状贡献度辨证和统一体系辨证等不同模式 ,提出在对其各自的内容与特点全面了解基础上 ,建立一套较为客观和简要的现代辨证体系 。

Studying of the dialectical pattern of Chinese medical science in clinic, we find out that the dialectical approach of Chinese medical science made use of logical thinking methods such as comparison, analog, classification, induction and deduction, analysis and colligation, counterevident and so on; it also stressed and emphasized its features of gestalt and clouding. In the contemporary clinic of Chinese medical science, we have various dialectical patterns in practical concerning systematical dialectical one, simplex dialectical one, indication dialectical one, main and subsequent dialectical one, dialectical pattern on the dedication of symptom as well as on unification architecture. We suggest that an objective and concise modern dialectical system of Chinese medical science should be established as a necessity on the basis of comprehensive understanding of the contents and features of the above patterns.
