摘要
目的 探讨正常生理周期卵巢的动脉血流变化及其与卵巢功能、形态和激素变化之间的关系。方法 选择正常已婚妇女 70人 ,其中 5 0名中国人 ,2 0名英国人 ,经腹部超声均未发现子宫及卵巢疾病 ,在月经周期的卵泡前期、排卵期、黄体期和月经前期行经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查。结果 ①正常人卵巢动脉血流与排卵周期有同步、相应的变化 ,阻力指数 (RI)在排卵时达最低点 (0 .44± 0 .0 4) ,在卵泡前期为最高点 (0 .5 4± 0 .0 4) ;②黄体期血流丰富且出现动静脉分流 ;③优势卵泡达 10mm时周边出现血流。结论 正常月经周期中卵巢动脉血流呈现相应的。
Objective To demonstrate the change characteristics of ovarian artery blood flow in normal menstrual cycle and to explore the relation between blood flow supply of ovary and function, morphology, and hormone of ovary.Methods Ultrasound examination was performed on 70 normal married women without diseases in uterus and ovaries(including 50 Chinese and 20 English). Everybody was examined four times:pre follicle period, ovulation period, corpus luteum period and pre menstruous period with transabdominal and transvaginal sonography.Results ① There were marked cyclicity changes in ovarian artery during normal menstruous period: resistant index was the highest in ovulation period ( 0.54 ± 0.04 ) and the lowest in pre follicle period ( 0.44 ± 0.04 ). ② Rich blood flow and arterio veinous shunt was seen in corpus luteum period. ③ Color Doppler signal was seen around the wall of follicle when the dominant follicle >10 mm.Conclusions There were very market relation between ovarian morphology, function, hormone and ovarian artery blood supply.
