《元亨疗马集》是一部中兽医经典名著,近四百年来,一直指导着中兽医的临床实践,很有实用价值。特别是“预防为主”的思想观点十分突出,强调搞好饲养管理,以预防疾病的发生。本文就这方面的分散论述,分列为饲养管理、合理使役、针药保健、繁殖胎产,随时检查及时隔离等五个部分加以归纳整理,为学习、继承和研究提供方便。

A complete text for treatments of horse,ox and camel is a classic of Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine.It has been consulted for approximately 400 years in veterinary practice and definitely of great val- ue.Thate the prophylaxis takes prominence was stressed in this book,proper feeding and management were also emphasized in order to control disea- ses.Reviewed in the present paper are feeding and management,rational drive,combined use of acupuncture and medication in the care of animals, reproduction assistance,regular inspection to pick the sick out and sepera- tion of diseased animals.Therefore,this paper would be helpful for study and investigation of the complete text.
