目的 :建立白花蛇舌草中齐墩果酸的含量测定方法。方法 :薄层扫描法。结果 :方法灵敏度高 ,重现性好 ,平均加样回收率为 96.2 % ,RSD为 1.94%。结论
Objective:To establish the method of quantitative determination of oleanolic acid in Oldenlandia diffusa (Willd.) Roxb.. Methods:TLC scanning. Results:The method was sensitive and highly reproducible to the content of oleanolic acid in the materia medica, and its average recovery of adding sample was 96.2%, the RSD =1.94%. Conclusion:The method can be used for the quality control of Oldenlandia diffusa (Willd.) Roxb..
