复方莪红片治疗偏头痛的实验研究

Experimental Study on Treating Migraine with Compound E-Hong Pill

目的 :观察莪红片对小白鼠的镇痛、镇静、抗惊厥作用以及急性毒性实验 ,探讨莪红片对偏头痛的止痛机理及安全性。方法 :1、热板法、扭体法 ;2、抖笼法 ;3、腹腔注射硫代氨基脲。结果 :复方莪红片能明显提高小鼠痛阈 ,减少扭体次数 ,高剂量组镇痛作用优于正天丸组 ;对小鼠有明显的镇静作用 ,高剂量组与脑宁康组比较无差异 ;有明显的抗惊厥作用 ,能延长小鼠对硫代氨基脲引起惊厥潜伏期及死亡潜伏期 ,高剂量组与脑宁康组比较无差异 ;小鼠对莪红液的最大耐受倍数为 160倍 ,说明本药安全无毒。结论 :复方莪红片具有镇痛、镇静、抗惊厥的作用 ,其镇痛作用优于目前临床上应用较多的正天丸 ;其镇静、抗惊厥作用与脑宁康相当 ,安全无毒 ,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective:Compound E Hong Pill (CEHP) is prescription for nourishing the kidney and the liver, activing the blood, carminating and assuaging pain. It has shown obvious effect in clinic use. This subject will study the effects of alleviating convulsion about CEHP and probe the mechanisms of assuaging pain and safety about CEHP through acute toxicity test so to supply the theory foundation for its popularization. Methods:Study the effect of assuaging pain of CEHP through hot plate and spreining; Study the effect of tranquilizing of CEHP on mice through shaking cage; Observe the incubation of relieving convulsions and death through peritoneal injection to study the use of relieving convulsion of CEHP on mice; Test the maximum tolerant multiple of CEHP. Results:EH Liquid could increase the pain limit of mice, decrease the times of twisting. The high dose group was better than the Zheng Tian Wan (ZTW) group; EH Liquid has the obvious effect of tranquilizing; EH Liquid has the obvious effect of relieving convulsion, delay the incubation period of convulsion and death; The maximum tolerant multiple was 160. It showed that EH Liquid was safe and not toxic. Conclusion:CEHP can alleviating pain, tranquilizing and relieving convulsion. The effect of alleviating pain is better than ZTW used more in clinic at present. The effect of tranquilizing and relieving convulsion was equal to Nao Ling Kang. It is safe and has no toxic. It has higher use value in clinic and is deserved to be studied and developed more.
