高效液相色谱法测定羚羊感冒口服液中牛蒡子苷的含量

Determination of Arctiin in Lingyang-ganmao Oral Liquid by HPLC

目的 :建立高效液相色谱法测定羚羊感冒口服液中牛蒡子苷的含量。方法 :采用 Sinocrom ODS C1 8柱 ,以甲醇 -水 -磷酸 ( 45∶ 5 5∶ 0 .2 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 80 nm。结果 :牛蒡子苷在 30～ 2 0 0μg· m l- 1 范围内呈线性关系 ( r =0 .9999) ,平均回收率为99.84% ,RSD =1.7% ( n =6)。结论 :该法简便快速 。

Objective:To establish a HPLC method for determination of arctiin in Lingyang ganmao Oral Liquid. Methods:The chromatographic condition included Sinocrom ODS C 18 column, methanol water phosphoric (45∶55∶0.2) as the mobile phase, detected at 280 nm, flow rate 1 ml·min -1 and column temperature at room temperature. Result:The linear range was 30～200 μg·ml -1 , the average recovery was 99.84% (n=6), RSD=1.7%. Conclusion:This method is simple, accurate and reliable.
