摘要
目的 :评价注射用阿奇霉素 (商品名 :因培康 )治疗儿童肺炎的有效性和安全性。方法 :采用多中心开放性临床试验 ,用因培康治疗 110例肺炎患儿 ,静滴 10mg·kg-1·d-1,qd ,疗程 5～ 7d。 结果 :因培康临床总有效率90 % ,不良反应发生率 7.2 % ,症状轻微。结论 :因培康治疗儿童肺炎安全有效。
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of injectable azithromycin in treatment of pneumonia in children.Methods:110 children with acute pneumonia were recruited into the multicenter open study.They were treated with injectable azithromycin in once daily dose of 10 mg·kg -1 for 5～7 days.Results:A total effective rate of 90% was obtained with a mild adverse reaction incidence of 7.2%.Conclusion:The results suggested that injectable azithromycin is effective in treatment of pneumonia in children with mild adverse reaction.
