企业排污所引起的水资源破坏问题 ,是我国各区域面临的一个严峻的现实问题 .如何才能科学地、有效地寻找此类问题的解决对策 ,已引起社会各界的普遍关注 .为此 ,从博弈分析的角度探讨企业的河道排污的经济行为 ,以及其与政府的管理机制之间的内在关系 。

The damage to water resourse resulting from pollution discharge of enterprises is a severe and realist problem to each region of our country. How can we scientifically and effectively seek countermeasures to solve such kind of problems has attracted attention of all circles in the society. From the angle of game analysis, the authors inquire into internal relation between economic behaviour of enterprises and administrative mechanism of government; and then, put forward several countermeasures for settling water pollution in public streamway.
