摘要
目的 :观察湿润烧伤膏 (MEBO)油纱条引流肛旁脓肿的临床效果。方法 :2 8例肛旁脓肿棱形放射状切口切开术后行MEBO油纱条填塞脓腔治疗 ,合并肛门瘘管者同时实行挂线治疗。结果 :78 5 7%患者经 3～ 4次换药治疗愈合。结论
Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBO gauze in treating perianal abscess. Method: 28 cases of this disease were treated with MEBO gauze. Results: 78 57% of the patients healed after 3 to 4 times of application of MEBO gauze. Conclusion: MEBO gauze drainage is very effective in treating perianal abscess.
