MEBO治疗大疱性表皮松解型药疹4例报告

MEBT/MEBO For Treating Bullous Epidermolytic Epispasis

目的 :探索大疱性表皮松解型药疹创面治疗的新方法。方法 :无损伤条件下 ,采用湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)暴露或包扎疗法。暴露创面涂以MEBO 1mm厚 ,每 4小时 1次 ;包扎疗法涂药 2mm厚 ,每日换药 2次 ;合并消化道溃疡者 ,予吞服MEBO 40g ,每日 6次 ,吞服 3小时后进食流质 ;合并角膜溃疡者 ,将MEBO挤捏成液状滴眼 ,敷料覆盖。 4小时 1次。加强全身营养支持 ,抗过敏抗感染治疗 ,维持内环境稳定。结果 :4例大疱性表皮松解型药疹患者 ,创面最小 2 1%TBSA ,最大 95 %TBSA ,合并消化道溃疡 1例 ,合并角膜溃疡 2例。创面全部一期愈合 ,无瘢痕形成。病程最短 13天 ,最长 2 2天。结论 :MEBO外用操作简单易行 ,临床效果良好 。

Objective: To find a new method for treating wounds of bullous epidermolytic epispasis. Method: 4 cases of such disease were treated with MEBO using exposed or bandaging method.One patient complicated by gastrointestinal tract ulcer swallowed MEBO 40 grams,6 times a day.Three hrs after taking MEBO,liquid diet was supplied.Two patients complicated by corneal ulcer were treated locally with MEBO on the surface of the corneas,3 times a day.Nutrition support was strenghtened.Anti-allergic and anti-infection measures were taken to maintain a stable inner environment. Results: The skin lesion area was 21 to 95% TBSA.All the wounds healed by 1 st intention.No scar and no pigmentation formed.The shortest healing time was 13 days and the longest 22 days. Conclusion: MEBO is easy to use and its efficacy is very satisfactory.It provides a new method for treating wounds of bullous epidermolytic epispasis.
