高、低年龄组乳腺癌淋巴转移规律及对手术的指导意义

The Differences of Lymph Node Metastasis and Operative Choice in Breast Cancer between Old and Young People

目的 探讨高、低年龄组乳腺癌在淋巴结转移方面存在的差异 ,指导手术治疗。 方法 分别研究高、低年龄组乳腺癌临床分期、淋巴结分组、肿瘤大小、组织学分级与淋巴结转移率及转移度的关系。 结果 低龄组乳腺癌淋巴结转移率及转移度高于高龄组。 结论 低龄组乳腺癌应重视根治性 ,淋巴结清扫范围不宜缩小 ,术后应积极给予辅助治疗。高龄组乳癌合并症多 ,淋巴转移程度低 ,可适当缩小手术清扫范围。

Objective To explore the difference of lymph node metastasis in breast cancer between people of young and old group for operation choice. Methods The relation between clinical stage, lymph node grouping, tumor size and the histologic grading, lymph node metastasis were studied in the young and old patient group. Result Higher metastasis rate and metastasis frequency of the lymph nodes were found in the young patients group. Conclusion The scope of operation can be decreased adequately in the old people of breast cancer, whereas the operation for the young people should be radical and followed by energetic auxiliary treatment.
