应用内镜介入治疗儿童消化道异物

ENDOSCOPIC REMOVAL OF FOREIGN BODIES FROM THE GASTROINTESTINAL TRACT IN CHILDREN

目的 :儿童消化道异物摄入是一种紧急状况。本文主要阐述应用内镜介入治疗儿童消化道异物的优越性及指征。方法 :取自 2 0 0 0年 11月 2 0日～ 2 0 0 1年 4月 4日临床因偶然因素而发生异物摄入的年龄介于 7个月～ 8岁之间 6名儿童 ,摄入的物体包括铁钉、一元硬币、螺丝刀等 ,其中 4例婴幼儿表现有哭吵、厌食及轻微腹痛症状。选用OlympusGIF -XQ2 40电子胃镜和相关器械用于内镜介入治疗 6名儿童 7件消化道异物。结果 :全部患儿内镜介入内镜治疗消化道异物均获成功 ,无 1例出现并发症。结论 :应用内镜介入治疗儿童消化道异物是安全的。

Objective:The ingestion of foreign bodies is a common emergency in children.This article reported the advantages and indications of endoscopic removal of foreign bodies (FBs) from the gastrointestinal tract in children. Method:Six children (age mean 7M～8Y) with presented to our hospital with FBs ingestion from 2000.11.20 to 2001.4.4.FBs included pin,coin,screw driver etc.Four of these children had excessive crying,anorexia and mild abdominal pain. Olympus GIF-XQ240 electric gastroscope was used to remove 7 gastrointestinal tract FBs in 6 children.Results:Endoscopic removal of FBs from the gastrointestinal tract in children were all successful with no complications.Conclusions:It is effective and safte of endoscopic removal of FBs from gastrointestinal tract in children.
