经尿道接触式激光治疗膀胱移行细胞癌

THE TRANSURETHRAL CONTACT LASER SYSTEM IN THE TREATMENT OF BLADDER CANCER

目的 :探讨SLT接触式激光治疗膀胱移行细胞癌的疗效。方法 :通过经尿道腔内手术途径 ,应用美国SLT公司生产的Laserpro 6 0 0型接触式激光系统和德国Storz肾镜治疗 32例膀胱移行细胞癌。结果 :32例全部顺利完成手术 ,平均手术时间 32min ;无 1例输血 ;平均住院时间 3 .2d ;全部随访 ,平均随访时间 19.8个月 ;复发 5例 (15 .6 % ) ,1例手术 ,4例再次激光切除治愈。结论 :经尿道接触式激光适用于膀胱浅表性移行细胞癌的治疗 ,具有创伤小 ,出血少 ,无电场效应 ,疗效确切 。

Objective:To investigate the effect of SLT contact laser in treating superficial bladder tumors.Methods:SLT contact laser was applied for treating 32 cases of bladder tumors.Results:SLT contact laser was successfully used to treat all the patients of bladder tumors.The average time of operation was 32 minutes and bleeding was minimal.The average time for hospitalization 3.2 days and the patients were followed for a mean (range)of 19.8 months;5 cases were recurrent during the follow-up. 1 was undertaken for partial cystectomy and the other for treatment of contact laser again and all got satisfactory results.Conclusions:It has been demonstrated that contact laser therapy is provided with advantages of simple procedure,short operation time,short hospitalization and rapid convalescence.Due to mild injury to and rapid recovery of patients,it can be suitable for treatment of patients with superficial bladder tumors.
