前路减压植骨AO圆棒内固定系统治疗腰椎爆裂骨折并截瘫 被引量:8

摘要 目的 :评估 AO圆棒内固定系统 (Ventro Fix)在胸腰椎爆裂骨折并截瘫前路减压植骨内固定术中的临床应用价值。方法 :对 3例胸腰椎爆裂骨折并截瘫患者行前路减压、植骨及应用 ventro Fix进行内固定。结果 :3例经 6~ 16个月随访 ,无术中、术后并发症 ,植骨全部融合 ,无植骨块移位或塌陷及高度丢失 ,亦无螺钉断裂及松动等现象 ,脊髓神经功能均有不同程度的恢复。结论 :该固定系统具有固定牢固 ,稳定性高 ,操作简单安全 ,合并症少 ,生物相容性好 ,无磁性等优点 ,是胸腰椎爆裂骨折良好的前路内固定器械。 Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of VentroFix in anterior fixation of thoracolumbar burst fracture.Methods:Three cases of thoracolumbar burst fracture operated upon by anterior decompression,bone grafting and VentroFix fixation were studied.Results:Three cases were followed up from 6~16 months,there was no complication related to the operation,no screw loosening or breaking.Conclusion:VentroFix could supply intrinsic stability,and had the characteristics of simplicity,safety,few complications,good biocomression in thoracolumbar burst fracture.
