不同排牙法形成全口义齿X线投影测量分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的:探讨不同排牙法形成全口义齿的异同以及对咀嚼肌功能的影响。方法:本实验采用不同排牙法为10名无牙颌患者分别制作3副全口义齿,通过X线投影图象扫描、计算机测量分析的方法,比较3种排牙法形成的全口义齿平面水平,并与有牙颌作对比。结果: 得出了平面与相关平面所形成的角度值。结论:1、下颌排牙法及综合排牙法参考磨牙后垫比参考鼻翼耳屏线确定的平面要低,且更接近天然牙,综合排牙法形成的下颌磨牙的位置更接近天然牙列。2、磨牙后垫作为平面后部的定位标志是合理的。 Objective: The purpose of the paper was to compare the complete dentures made according to different kindsof tooth arrangement method to patients?function, appearance and health of stomatognathic system. Methods: Traditionaltooth arrangement method (TTAM), mandibular teeth arrangement method(MTAM) and synthetic teeth arrangementmethod(STAM),were used three sets of complete dentures were fabricated to everyone of the ten subjects. The three tootharrangement methods were compared in normal sagittalis position, level of occlusal plane and prominence of occlusalcurvature through x-rays cephalometric analysis. The three methods were compared with dentate individuals seperately.Results: The angular value of occlusal plane to eye-ear plane, occlusal plane to palate plane, occlusal plane to mandibularplane were obtained; and the distance from maxillary teeth marks to palate plane, from mandibular teeth marks to mandibularplane were also gotten. Conclusions: ① It was identical to use three different teeth arrangement method to rehabilitateanterior occlusal plane and facial contour, and they showed no difference with natural dentition. It is basically practicableto recover facial contour requested by complete denture restoration. ② The level of posterior occlusal plane according toMTAM was identical with that of natural dentition, the level of occlusal plane according to STAM was close to that ofnatural dentition,the posterior occlusal plane according to TTAM was apparently higher than that of natural dentition.③ Considering the position of mandibular molar teeth and the level of occlusal plane, STAM approached more to naturaldentition. It was proper to apply MTAM for those patients who have low and flat mandibular alveolar ridge and poorretention condition. ④ It was reasonable to use retromolar pad as orientation mark of posterior occlusal plane.
