摘要
目的:初步探讨一种全牙列晚期牙周病重度松动牙保存修复的新方法。方法:采用“药物+高压氧+手术+金瓷全牙列固定桥”的综合治疗方法。结果:通过临床212例应用证明,该方法能够保存重度松动的患牙, 控制牙周病的发展, 恢复牙列的形态和功能。结论:全牙列晚期牙周病重度松动牙必须采用治疗与修复相结合的方法 。
Objective:To explore a new method of restoring complete while dentition periodontitis with stressedsyllable looseness teeth. Methods: An integration method of 'medition +Hyperbaric oxygenation + operation +porcelainbridge were adopted.'Results:That 212 patients with this treatment proved that the method can restore stressed syllablelooseness teeth, put abridle on develop of periodontitis and resume dentition on configuration and function .Conclusions:The complete dentition late periodontitis with stressed syllable looseness teeth must be treated by integration way.
