CD44V6表达与乳腺癌侵袭转移的关系

The relationship between the expression of CD44V6 and invasion and metastasis in breast cancer.

目的 研究乳腺癌中CD44V6的表达及其与乳腺癌侵袭转移的关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学和RT PCR方法 ,检测 30例乳腺癌和 10例乳腺良性肿瘤组织中CD44V6表达。结果 CD44V6在乳腺癌组织中的表达明显高于良性组织 ;CD44V6在Ⅲ～Ⅳ期乳腺癌中表达明显高于Ⅰ～Ⅱ期 ,有淋巴结转移乳腺癌组织中CD44V6表达显著高于无淋巴结转移者 ;CD44V6的表达与乳腺癌的病理类型无关。结论 CD44V6的表达 。

Objective To evaluate the relationship between the expression of CD44V6 and tumor invasion metastasis in breast cancer.Methods The expression of CD44V6 was examined in 30 breast cancer specimens and 10 benign breast tumor tissues using RTPCR and immunohistochemical method.Results The expression of CD44V6 in breast cancer was significantly higher than that in benign breast tumor.Ⅲ～Ⅳ stages of breast cancer showed strong expressions of CD44V6 than Ⅰ～Ⅱ stages of breast cancer, and CD44V6 expression in lymph node metastasis was obviously higher than that in non lymph node metastasis. However, expression of CD44V6 was not related with pathological type of tumor.Conclusion The expression of CD44V6 can be an important molecular biological change in breast cancer progression, invasion and metastasis, and the determination of CD44V6 could be useful in assessing tumor progression and lymphatic metastasis.
