脑瘤消胶囊镇痛和抗炎作用的药理学研究

The pharmacological study about the analgesic and antiinflammatory actions of NAO LIU XIAO capsule.

目的 观察脑瘤消胶囊对动物的镇痛和抗炎作用。方法 ①热板法 ,②扭体法 ,③二甲苯诱发小鼠耳廓肿胀法 ,④卵蛋白诱发大鼠足跖肿胀法 ,研究脑瘤消胶囊的抗炎止痛作用。结果 0 5～2 0 g/kg脑瘤消胶囊 (每克药粉相当生药量 1 3 6 9g)灌胃给药可 :①抑制热刺激和化学刺激引起的疼痛反应 ;②减轻二甲苯引起的小鼠耳廓肿胀 ;③减轻卵蛋白引起的大鼠后足跖肿胀。

Objective To observe the effects of NAO LIU XIAO capsule on the analgesia and anti-inflammation in animals.Methods The methods include ①the hot-plate procedure,②the writhing procedure, ③the ear swelling induced with xylene, and ④the planta swelling induced with albumin. All of the methods were used to study the analgesic and antiinflammatory actions of NAO LIU XIAO capsule.Results NAO LIU XIAO capsule (1g powder equals to 13.69g herb), in dosages of 0.5～2.0g/kg ig, could abate the pain reaction caused with thermal stimulation and chemical stimulation in mice. Besides, the drug ig in the same dosages could also inhibit the ear swelling induced with xylene in mice and the planta swelling induced with albumin in rats. Conclusion NAO LIU XIAO capsule has certain analgesic and anti-inflammatory actions that are beneficial to the expectant treatment for cancer patients.
