Problem Existing in Management of Continuous Medical Education System and Its Countermeasures

继续医学教育学分制实施以来 ,因其发展的不完整性 ,从而导致了继续医学教育学分制管理的混乱局面。本文通过总结学分制管理运作的现状 ,指出了存在的问题 ;并提出了对策。

Because of not integrity of the development, it induced the confusion phases of management of the continuous medical education credit hour system since the continuous medical education system was carried out. The problems are pointed out and the measures are brought forward through summarizing the status quo of credit hour system operation.
