摘要
为使医院的卫生技术干部能够多出成果、多出论文 ,本文阐述了医院的卫生技术干部应具备“科技“意识 ,即 :自信意识 ,吃苦意识 ,动笔意识 ,信息意识 ,参与意识 ,协作意识。
To keep the medical technical cadre can produce many results and many discourses, it is expounded in this article that the medical technical cadre should possess the ' science and technology' consciousness, that is: the self confident consciousness, having a rough time consciousness, moving the pen consciousness, the informational consciousness, enlisting the consciousness, cooperating the consciousness.
