军队医院住院病人使用抗菌药物的调查

Investigation on Inpatients Using Antibiotics in Military Hospital

目的 :为确切了解和掌握当前我院住院病人抗菌药物的使用情况。方法 :对 1999- 2 0 0 0年住院病人开展了相关内容的临床流行病学调查。结果 :我院抗菌药物使用率为 5 2 .1% ;预防性用药比例为 49.6 % ;用药合理性项目检查合格率参差不齐。结论

Objective: In order to comprehend and master the situation of using antibiotics for patients in our hospital and discover the problems to solve in time. Methods: A clinical epidemiological study on the hospitalized patients were carried out from 1999 to 2000. Results: The proportion of using antibiotics of all the patients was 52.1%; the proportion of antibiotics prophylaxis of the patients who used antibiotics was 49.6%; the qualified rate of antibiotics use was irregular. Conclusion: The characteristics of antibiotics use in physician, surgeon and elderly patients wards were deferent. It's necessary to enhance the administration for using antibiotics properly.
