Influencing Factors of Pharmaceutical Expenditures of Military Staff

目的 :探讨军队人员用药消费的影响因素。方法 :运用定性与定量相结合的方法 ,通过对 46所驻军以上医院军队人员用药消费资料的分析 ,建立了用药消费影响因素指标体系 ;应用计量经济学研究方法 ,对多因素进行筛选。结果 :医院级别、用药范围、军人平均住院日、药品价格及平均处方药品费用是影响军队人员用药费用的主要因素。结论 :我军应加强药品费用研究 ,进一步提高卫生经费的保障效能。

Objective:To inquire into the influencing factors of pharmaceutical expenditures about military staff.Methods: It is Used that the qualitative and quantitative methods at first in the research. It is set up that the influencing factors system by analyzing the data of the pharmaceutical expenditures of military staff which 46 above station hospitals. Results: The rank of hospital, the policy of the prescription, the average days of the hospitalization, the price of drug and the average expenditure of prescription is the mainly factors influencing the pharmaceutical expenditures of the military staff. Conclusion: It is Enhanced that the research of pharmaceutical expenditures. It is improved that the supports effective of health finance.
