To inquire into the method and the approach of the scientific research international cooperation, it is expounded in this article that the modus operandi of strengthening the scientific research international cooperation and promoting the crossing developing of the scientific research: ① to choose accurately subject first people; ② to create good work circumstance; ③ to construct good atmosphere to tie heart and stay.
