摘要
对于不具备制球条件的玻纤企业,代铂炉型的改进是改善玻璃液质量,提高拉丝作业水平的重要措施.我厂在炉型改进中,由于坚持采用了大容量偏位炉型,使我厂45支原丝连续三年保持高产,平均单机台日产量达到国内先进水平.文章着重介绍了偏位炉的设计思想、技术措施及应用效果,并结合生产实践对电耗、液面温差、高速拉丝等问题进行了初步的探索.
The reform of partially Pt-substituted bushing furnace is an important measure to improve the quality of glass melt and the fiber drawing process. In Cun-Ming Fibre Gless Factory, because of usiny high volume displaced furnace, glass strand with 45 count has been kept rather high in the past three years, and the daily output from each winder reaches the top lever in China. The design thoughts of the shifted bushing furnace and technical measures and the results from the furnace are streesed in this paper. The power compsumption, and temperature difference in glass melt surface, and problems involved in high-speed fiber drawing procss, and etc. have been discussed preliminary by author.
