五黄油在53652例烧伤创面的临床应用

Clinical Application of Wuhuang Oil to 53 652 Cases of Burn Wound

目的 :研究五黄油在烧伤创面中的应用。方法 :用五黄油治疗烧伤病人 5 3 6 5 2例。结果 :五黄油对烧伤创面平均愈合时间 :浅Ⅱ度创面 7～ 12d ,深Ⅱ度创面 2 0～ 2 1d ,Ⅲ度创面使焦痂软化、促进溶解 ,2 0～ 2 4d脱痂。结论 :五黄油具有活血化瘀、祛腐生肌、收敛、消炎止痛、促进上皮生长的作用 ,是较理想的烧伤创面外用药。

Objective: To study the application of Wuhuang oil to the treatment of burn wound. Method: 53 652 patients with burn were treated by Wuhuang oil. Results: The average healing time was 7～12 days in shallowⅡ°burn wound, 20～21 days in deepⅡ°burn wounds. Wuhuang oil could also make the eschar dissolving and decrustation in 20～24 days in Ⅲ°burns. Conclusion: Wuhuang oil, which could improve microcirculation and promote the epidermis growth, might be an ideal topical agent for burn wounds.
