白介素-2与甘露醇联合治疗发热期肾综合征出血热40例观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Combined Treatment with Interleukin-2 and Mannitol on 40 Cases of Hemorrhagic Fever with Nephrotic Syndrome

目的 :探讨肾综合征出血热 (HFRS)发热期早期治疗的有效方法。方法 :对 80例肾综合征出血热发热期患者随机分成两组 ,对照组采用综合疗法 ,治疗组在综合疗法的基础上加用白介素 2 (IL 2 )、甘露醇治疗并对其疗效进行对比分析。结果 :治疗组越期病例较对照组显著增多 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,临床症状、体征较对照组显著减轻 ,并发症明显减少 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,实验室检查结果复常时间较对照组明显缩短 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :白介素 2 (IL 2 )、甘露醇联合治疗肾综合征出血热发热期患者能显著增加患者的越期率 ,大大缩短病程 ,减轻临床症状 ,减少并发症 。

Objective: To explore the effective therapy on hemorrhagic fever with Nephrotic syndrome (HFRS) in early feverish-period. Methods: Eighty cases of HFRS were divided randomly into treatment group and control group, with forty in each group. The comprehensive treatment was adopted in both groups, meanwhile combined treatment of Interleukin-2 (IL-2) and mannitol was given to treatment group additionally, and the therapeutic effects were analyzed comparatively.Results:Compared with those in control group, the span cases in treatment group increased remarkably ( P &lt;0.05),the clinical symptoms and signs were significantly alleviated, the complications decreased and the time for recovery of laboratorial results was shortened significantly ( P &lt;0.05). Conclusion: Combined therapy of IL-2 and mannitol on HFRS can improve the span rate notably, shorten the course of disease greatly, lighten clinical symptom, decrease complications and improve the curative effect.
