一种新型治疗髌骨骨折的手术方法——可吸收线VICRYL双网丝线网(三层)张力带固定术

摘要 目的:报道可吸收线VICRYL双网、丝线网张力带固定术治疗髌骨骨折的疗效。方法:10例髌骨骨折复位后,用上述三层网张力带(可吸收线网二层,粗丝线网一层)将骨折块“捆”为一整块。 结果:10例病人,共进行11次本术,取得优8例次,良3例次。结论:本术式可与金属内固定强度相比,而且减少了一次取金属内固定物手术;利于早期功能锻炼,从而提高伸屈膝关节的活动度;应用可吸收线网,既可以吸收减少异物又提高了强度。 Objective: To introduce the effect of using absorbable VICRYL double-net silk thread tension band in the treatment of various kinds of patellar fracture.Methods: The authors used a three-layer tension band (2 layer of absorbable net and a layer of thick silk thread net) to bind up the fractured pieces of petallar into a whole mass after reposition of petallar fracture in 10 patients.Results: Eleven operations performed on ten patients proved that eight had excellent effect and three good. Conclusion: This treatment is comparable to that of internal metallic fixation but is free from an operation to extract the internal metallic fixation.It enables the patient to do early functional exercises,thence increased the degree of extension and flexion of the knee joint.Applying the absorbable thread-net not only could the patient absorb and reduce foreign body but also promote strength.It would be more favourable when coordinating repositioning,compressing fixation ring with the serial instruments for patellar fracture to merge the reposition,compression and fixation into an organic whole.
