21世纪医学影像学发展方向——我国发展战略的探讨

Directions in Medical Imaging for the 21st Century——with a Comment on Development Strategies in China

1895年X线的发现 ,放射学的形成 ,诊治兼备的现代医学影像学(包括超声和核医学)的发展开创了本学科的新纪元。本文简要论述了现代医学影像学的特征 ,迈向新千年的发展方向。与国际水平对比 ,论述了我国医学影像学诊断和治疗的现状和问题 。

The discovery and applications of X-ray in 1895, followed by the formation and development of radiology and modem modern medical imaging (including ultrasound and nuclear medicine) having both diagnosis and therapy have opened the new era for this discipline. The characteristics of modem medical imaging and its development directions for the new millennium are concisely introduced in the present article. Compared with the international standard the current status and problems of medical imaging, both diagnosis and therapy in China, are described with a pertinent comment on future development strategies.
